SWHH - Hitchhiker with Inlay
The Southwestern Hiker is designed with an elongated grip rather than the typical round shaft. This style of grip allows the palm of your hand to be flat against the shaft. Along with this feature, the hiker is created with a hand rest. The curved section below the wrist strap is designed to stop the users hand from sliding down the shaft.
Maple is a favorite wood for craftsman to work with as it is resistant to splinting and is naturally durable. The addition of the Walnut and Padauk inlay adds character and style.
Each walking stick is made in North America by skilled craftsman.
